How do I reset my data?

Go to Settings → Reset All Data. This will delete all pets and progress. If iCloud Sync is enabled, cloud data is also removed.

How do I restore purchases?

Go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the purchase.

My Live Activity / widget isn't updating

Try removing and re-adding the widget, or toggle the Live Activity off and on in Settings. Restarting your device can also help.

Can I have multiple pets?

Yes! Tap the + button on the main screen to adopt a new cat. You can switch between them anytime.

Does Boko work offline?

Yes. All core features work offline. iCloud Sync and the custom cat photo feature require an internet connection.
