By downloading or using Boko (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Boko is a virtual pet app for iOS. It is provided “as is” for entertainment purposes.

The App offers optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple’s refund policy. You can restore purchases on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.

If you use the custom cat feature, you grant us a limited right to process your photo solely for generating your pixel pet. We do not store, share, or use your photos for any other purpose.

All content in the App — including artwork, animations, code, and design — is owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided without warranties of any kind.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
